Black Oval in Forest, 2025, Acrylic Paint on Acrylic Panel
Project Description: In this project, I hung a black oval in a forest. This surface was painted using an ultra black pigment. As the natural light changed angle, intensity, and became more or less diffuse, the effects of light on the oval changed. The work was left up for several weeks before being taken down.
